Responsibilities: \\- Gather information on new listings and update the inventory of apartment rentals, commercial rentals, and building sales \\- Process applications and leases for apartment and commercial rentals \\- Meet and greet clients and guests at the office, answer phone inquiries, and provide office support to our broker, agents, and clients \\- Update and maintain various real estate websites such as MLS with new listings \\- Manage keys to apartments, commercial spaces, and buildings \\- Scan/copy and assist in office administrative tasks \\- Maintain and update office files and records \\- Maintain a clean office space at all times and ensure the office is stocked with office supplies and other required items Qualifications: \\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \\- Excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy and confidentiality with documents \\- Technologically savvy and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Google Suite, PDF editing, basic website design, and Internet skills \\- Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities \\- Strong organizational skills \\- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, can build relationships \\- Ability to be great with details and see the big picture \\- Basic graphic design conception for flyers and advertisements \\- Ability to maintain efficiency and professionalism in a rapidly changing, high-paced environment \\- Strong negotiation skills \\- Knowledge of Ridgewood and Bushwick area a plus If interested, please respond to this ad with your resume and cover letter.
