Looking for full time Graphic Designer

Toro prides itself on creating eye-catching packaging with multiple textures that sell itself to its customers. We have lots of new projects for packaging and streetwear designs so there will be consistent work. We need someone who will help us execute ideas for both print and digital media. The Graphic Designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop creative ideas and design concepts Develop graphics and layouts of marketing materials to include print & digital advertising, packaging, and other marketing collateral Interpret client’s needs and present design solutions with high visual impact Amend final designs to client’s comments and gain full approval from all stakeholders Maintain open communication with creative lead and project manager on the status of all jobs Receive and interpret direction from the creative lead Self-manage workload and maintain full adoption of project management and proofing software Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: To perform the job successfully, an individual should have the following credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related discipline Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients with a professional approach and flexibility Ability to interpret and follow brand guidelines Creative thinker with a strong eye for design Strong computer skills with extensive experience with design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator) Ability to execute work against a brief, understanding clients’ needs and proposing solutions Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to present and explain ideas Solid teamwork skills Deadline driven with the ability to multitask Attention to detail Up-to-date knowledge of industry and industry software JOB TYPE: Freelance/Remote PAY: $18-$25 Per hour DOE
