From large-scale music festivals and global concert tours to immersive brand activations, our Creative team brings imagination to life, backed by strategic intent and cutting-edge design.Now, we’re searching for a Junior Graphic Designer who brings not just technical proficiency and aesthetic instinct, but a strong sense of curiosity, grit, and a desire to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.POSITION SUMMARY As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll be a key player on the Creative team, supporting the development and execution of visually compelling and strategically sound creative across multiple channels. You'll be expected to navigate both structured briefs and ambiguous creative challenges, juggling multiple projects and deadlines with professionalism and poise.This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience who is eager to learn, experiment, and evolve – including exploring how emerging technologies (like AI) can drive efficiency and push creativity to the next level. ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Support the creation of high-quality visual assets for client campaigns, internal projects, event branding, pitch decks, social media, digital advertising, and print materials.Interpret and apply brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all work.Take initial design direction and execute it with precision, demonstrating the ability to iterate quickly and improve upon feedback.Partner with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Project Managers to deliver creative that meets objectives and exceeds expectations.Balance multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a sharp eye for detail and strict adherence to deadlines.Stay on top of design trends, tools, and emerging technologies – particularly within the realms of AI and automation – to help identify opportunities for innovation and workflow improvement.Actively contribute ideas in brainstorms and creative reviews, offering thoughtful solutions and seeking clarity when needed.Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications and production standards across platforms (web, social, print, etc.
