LSINC is hiring: Graphics Designer in Huntsville

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphics designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing visually compelling designs that support our brand identity and communicate complex ideas with clarity. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving through design, and takes pride in producing high-quality, impactful work. • Create and develop graphics and assets for Leadership, Marketing, and Operations, as requested • Create project layouts for potential issues or challenges for production • Create visuals for client review • Create mechanical PDFs for client review and approval for production • Review project layouts for production • Adjust layouts and images for print production • Prepare prepress files according to established and evolving standards • Create and develop 2D, as well as 3D graphic artwork for direct-to-object printing of 3D objects, establishing best practices for file creation and setup • Learn technical aspects of printing machines and develop innovative solutions for expanding capabilities • Manage client deadlines and expectations • Collaborate and consult with creative teams and clients • Maintain image and file libraries • Test machine for quality, capability, and standards via file manipulation • Establish art standards for production, based on productivity, quality, and client expectations • Collaborate with marketing in creation of messaging, visuals, and strategy for print and web • Collaborate with leadership in brand creation, management, and messaging • Proofreading materials, as necessary • Image editing Will consider additional years experience in lieu of a 4-year degree • Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience in digital pre-press or similar high-detail graphics role
