Our Focus is IT support for Designers on Macs using Adobe software, -Level 1 Help Desk using Addigy/Jamf Mac remote software with chat -Communicating with users and troubleshoot issues. Adobe, We are looking for someone with remote/help desk experience, and you will be working from our office in NYC.
