Unless otherwise requested, this position would have full-time hours of 9:30-5:30, M-F. > **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **shape the customer experience:** provide customers with enthusiastic & professional front-counter & on-phone interactions, check in/out customer equipment, process sales, offer limited technical assistance, clean client computers, maintain store appearance, restock retail displays * **serve the team:** accurately document client needs for technicians, keep customer equipment and parts well-organized, proactively identify issues, assist with back-office organization, contribute positivity to a happy workplace * **grow your knowledge:** develop technical support and terminology skills, stay up-to-date on Apple news * **expand your role (as time and ability affords):** provide billable technical support, evaluate trade-in equipment, post to social media, streamline procedures, adopt business development projects, assist management, contribute your unique skills **TO QUALIFY YOU MUST HAVE:** * customer service experience * an anxiety-free eagerness to help people * friendly, fun, energetic & positive attitude * excellent organization, attention to detail and compliance with company procedures * ability to calmly prioritize & multitask in a dynamic environment * unwillingness to sit still when tasks can be found * punctuality & reliability * unwavering ethical compass * willingness to offer & ask for help * stakeholder mentality * experience using products in the Apple ecosystem * capacity to understand and simply communicate technical information **IT WOULDN'T HURT TO ALSO HAVE:** * retail experience * technical skill * bookkeeping, social media, graphic design, business education/experience * ability to walk, bike, bus, carpool to work (parking not provided) Please respond by email with your resumé and letter of awesomeness.
