**_mac tonic_** is seeking a mac repair & service technician. * **troubleshoot & repair Apple gear:** diagnose & repair hardware and software issues * **serve the team:** thoroughly document all repair steps and client communication, keep customer equipment and parts well-organized, proactively identify issues, assist with back-office organization, contribute positivity to a happy workplace * **serve our customers: **provide secondary front-counter customer service, clearly communicate estimates, issues and results with clients in-person and by phone * **grow your knowledge:** expand your technical support and terminology skills, stay up-to-date on Apple news * **develop your role (as time affords):** take on business development projects, evaluate trade-in equipment, post to social media, streamline procedures, assist management, contribute your unique skills * a passion for Apple technology * experience troubleshooting & taking apart Apple computers * an unwavering ethical compass * high resourcefulness & problem-solving skills * an anxiety-free eagerness to help people * friendly, fun, energetic & positive attitude (i.e. overall awesomeness) * excellent organization, attention to detail and compliance with company procedures * ability to calmly prioritize & multi-task in a dynamic (& occasionally stressful) environment * unwillingness to sit still when tasks can be found * punctuality & reliability * willingness to offer & ask for help * stakeholder mentality * commitment to pass Apple Certified Macintosh Technician testing within 90 days of joining Be sure to type "mac tonician" in the subject to ensure your submission is routed properly and verify your attention to detail.
