Magazine Art Director & Lead Designer

Focus on the Family is seeking a Magazine Designer/Art Director I to lead the graphic design for print magazines and digital publications. You will direct concept development, supervise designers and freelancers, and collaborate with editorial to align with audience goals and the organization’s mission. You will guide production, participate in editorial planning, and ensure high-quality design across media while maintaining the family-focused standards of Focus on the Family.
