Manager, Brand Design

CallRail is looking for a seasoned and strategic Manager of Brand Design to lead and evolve our brand expression across all touchpoints. In this role, you'll be responsible for stewarding the visual identity of our brand, overseeing a team of talented designers, both in-house and freelance, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring our brand to life in meaningful, consistent, and compelling ways. What You'll Do • Brand Design Leadership: Accountable for the visual brand identity, ensuring consistency, creativity, and clarity across all channels—from web to email heroes. • Hands-On Design: Take on key design work as needed, from campaign creative to brand system updates—especially during high-volume moments or when leading by example is the right move. This position is based out of our Atlanta office and will require that you come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
