Manager, Creative Design and Digital Experience

The ideal candidate combines expertise in branding, design, content strategy, and digital marketing with the ability to leverage insights and performance data to optimize user experiences, increase engagement, and deliver measurable results. + Leverage analytics, performance data, and user insights to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize content, campaigns, and digital experiences. **Qualifications (Required and Preferred):** + Degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline + 5+ years of experience in the field, experience in the health care industry a plus + Strong portfolio of digital and print work + Passion for brand strategy, innovative design, and user experience + Robust design principles and values while collaborating with internal partners and absorbing feedback + Time management skills to work on multiple projects at once and with various deadlines + Self-starter that takes projects head on from inception to delivery, asking questions when needed and always keeping an eye on brand strategy and alignment.
