Manager, Creative Services & Graphic Design

The Manager, Creative Services & Graphic Design collaborates with the Marketing team, Product Management, Sales, Channel Managers, and others to oversee and produce designs for the North America Division marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the global brand identity; this may include support for international and global corporate initiatives as well. Including creative direction and brainstorming for campaigns, such as new product launches, ad development, packaging, special promotions, and retail POP. Workflow, Quality Assurance, and Production Tasks (15%) • Work with the Marketing Project Manager to manage the workflow to balance peaks and valleys in the creative team's workload while maintaining a consistent process. • Experience within a global company or team preferred.
