We're seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and hands-on Manager, Design to lead our internal design team within the marketing organization and own the visual and experiential expression of our brand across all marketing channels. You will • Manage, curate and evolve the visual design strategy for the company • Lead the design team through concept to execution: ideation, design, review, delivery across digital, print, video, events, web, sales/marketing collateral. • You are a builder: you create or refine the design process, systems, and team culture.
