Manager, Graphic Design

This role reports to the Sr. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Graphic Designers; provide feedback and performance guidance.Oversee creative development for style guides and portfolios across multiple properties.Translate franchise strategies into creative direction and actionable workstreams.Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.Partner cross-functionally with Product Design, Brand Merchandising, Licensing, Franchise, and Studio partners.Work with great key partners within Disney and the respected IPs from Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel and 20th Century. 6 years of professional experience in graphic design, character art, or merchandise design.2+ years leading or mentoring designers.Advanced knowledge of Graphic Design principles and brand application.Strong traditional and digital drawing skills; ability to critique and elevate creative work.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to excel in a dynamic work environment with fluid timelines and priorities.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Keynote.
