Responsibilities of the role include Designing marketing collateral in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility standards Managing multiple projects simultaneously The Expertise and Skills You Bring Strong visual design skills Creativity, effective communication, time management, and analytical skills Ability to distill complex topics into engaging visuals Energetic, inquisitive, self-starter 2-3 years of work experience in a creative design role Power user of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to follow brand guidelines while continuously innovating to push the brand forward Building positive relationships with business partners and having the ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate with colleagues Communicating with impact and clarity Team player willing to jump in and get their hands dirty; also, an enthusiastic learner of new technologies and design strategies Excel in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with stellar track record of 'getting it done,' and driving initiatives from concept through launch The Team Our Content Studio team is dedicated to streamlining creative production, exploring and adopting innovative formats, and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less.
