Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will partner closely with Brand Creative, Product Design, Experiential Marketing, Merchandising, and Production to create thoughtful personalization experiences across products, retail, digital, and community initiatives. Product Design & Customization What We’re Looking For 5–8+ years of experience in graphic design, embroidery design, apparel graphics, product design, or customization.Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional typography, composition, illustration, color, and graphic design.Experience designing graphics for apparel, accessories, or branded products.Understanding of embroidery applications, stitch limitations, placements, and production considerations.Ability to translate brand strategy into elevated customer-facing creative.Experience creating scalable design systems across multiple product categories.Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.Experience with personalization, branded merchandise, apparel graphics, or customization is highly preferred.Passion for product design, storytelling, and creating meaningful experiences for healthcare professionals. This role's base salary range is between $115,000 and $125,000.
