Manager - Graphic Design - Liberty

This role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver design projects aligned within the brand guidelines, continuously improving our processes and quality. The Graphic Designer Manager will contribute to the creative process, playing an integral role in developing first class marketing materials and building the ITS brand. Creates and executes design solutions and collateral used for marketing, advertising, sales, and other forms of communication.Ensures that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices. Training/certification or equivalent experience may be substituted.5+ years of graphic design experienceExperience designing in both digital and print formats preferred (HTML a plus)Ability to perform basic photography and photo editingAbility to perform professional photography and advanced photo editing a plusPreferred experience using a variety of design and editing tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.Videography and video editing experience in application like Adobe Premiere Pro a plusKnowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design, branding, and production management.About You Leader first, exhibiting our company values day in and day out.Proven ability to effectively plan and lead projects from inception to implementation.Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement an improved process cohesively, involving multiple party stakeholders.Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing and visual communication.Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to influence and work with team members towards a common goal.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, without compromising quality or customer care.Strong work ethic.
