Thuma is seeking a talented and ambitious Manager of Graphic Design who has an exceptional eye for minimalistic and sophisticated design, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a drive to make a meaningful impact at a design-focused company and provide leadership to the Graphic Design team. In addition, this role includes leading and mentoring coaching and developing a small team of graphic designers, inspiring creativity, fostering professional growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cohesive work that aligns with the brand’s vision. This role will provide a lot of creative support to our Growth Marketing team. • Continuously assess and refine design workflows/processes, developing frameworks that enhance collaboration and efficiency for both the design team and stakeholders involved in the creative process.
