Manager, Presentation Design

Kaufman, Hall & Associates, LLC, is seeking a Manager to join the Content Strategy team and support the Consulting Business Unit, delivering high-impact, visually compelling design solutions across complex engagements 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in consulting, professional services, agency, or complex corporate environments.Demonstrated ability to lead design for complex, high-visibility projects and provide strategic creative guidance.Strong experience translating abstract ideas, data, and insights into visually compelling and easy-to-understand materials.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint; experience designing executive-level presentations is required.Experience with digital, video, or motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.A portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, storytelling, and execution across print, digital, and presentation-based design.Applicants for employment must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Kaufman Hall (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status) The current salary range for this role is $80,000 to $130,000.
