General Job Description: The Manager/Assistant Manager will be a highly- motivated and hard-working individual, who will help develop and meet the profit plan for Vortex VR, and drive sales to grow the business. The Assistant Manager will successfully manage and execute positive customer interactions, and foster a passion for virtual reality in guests. ● Cultivate a strategic team environment that provides exceptional customer service with all team members performing at a consistently high level. ● Help manage, as well as perform all duties of a VR Team Member.. ● Process financial transactions and liability waivers for guests making in- person reservations. ● Experience with VR systems and Steam VR preferred.
