The Sign Maker is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. Must be able to work on ladders and various lifts without fear of their use - but must also be able to express discomfort with installation scenarios that go beyond one's personal abilities or feels that the safety factor is not acceptable. • Creativity is a must, and be able to effectively communicate all production and installation details upon request • 3 to 5 years of experience as a professional sign maker – production and installation • Desire to learn and do more as we grow as an organization
