Sample preparation, Chromatography (like HPLC), GC/MS, Marketing, Graphic Design, educational certifications, or anything that would make you stand out. Required Qualifications: · Associate's Degree in STEM (especially chemistry, physics or biology) or equivalent work experience · 0-6 years work experience in Production, Manufacturing, Sample Prep or Process Development. for short periods of time · Ability to carefully handle solvents and reagents using good technique and safety protocols Job Responsibilities: · Conduct polymer synthesis in teams, under the guidance of the Production Lead, to meet customer expectations of quality and timeliness · Carefully handle solvents and reagents using safe laboratory practices · Perform Quality Control preparation on products in order to meet customer specifications · Use good documentation practices, compliant with ISO-9001:2015 regulations · Communicate with Production Lead and Quality Assurance as needed, and to emphasize quality in everything we do · Receive incoming materials / pack and ship products to customers · Document and formalize processes (when necessary) within the company, according to our Quality Management System Lucidant offers competitive pay (commensurate with experience and education), vision, dental, health care, and a flexible PTO policy.
