These ranges may not reflect potential compensation for positions based in other states or regions.ResponsibilitiesMarketing ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee team marketing projects.Distribute marketing requests and assignments as neededBuild Proposals and Offering Memoranda to establish client needsCreate visually appealing marketing pieces to distribute via email and websitesGenerate Broker Opinion of ValueCreate and deploy marketing eblasts to promote listingsImplement, design, and produce marketing campaignsUpload deals to listing websites such as Crexi, LoopNet and CostarAdministrative ResponsibilitiesWork alongside lead agents to determine marketing needsAssist the Director of Operations and the Financial Analyst to create and execute a smooth transaction processSupport team with various tasksQualifications1-3 Years of Marketing ExperienceBachelor’s degree in MarketingProficient in Adobe InDesign, Canva, and AI PlatformsExcellent communication skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external sourcesMicrosoft Office skills, with a strong working knowledge of Excel and WordExcellent writing and editing skills, i.e., spelling, grammar, punctuationHighly organized and detail-orientedVersatile/flexible with the ability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and tasks as requestedMarcus & Millichap is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
