In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop the entire paid and organic marketing strategy for one of the best outside sales teams. You will be responsible for working with president to understand our market and then develop all of the paid campaigns from start to finish. Also taking inbound leads and setting appointments, ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all paid digital marketing Managing daily campaign spend, making sure to be in line with targets and monthly budgets Collaborate with clinicians to develop a strong understanding of our target market and develop PPC campaigns to deliver actionable leads Conduct keyword research to develop selection for PPC campaigns to maximize budget while hitting key business objectives such as traffic and incoming leads Implement A/B testing and other creative ways to develop keywords for PPC campaigns to deliver better then industry returns for the advertising budget Develop comprehensive strategy for SEO and SEM to build a consistent flow of organic leads for the business Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics and other analytics solutions and using this data to improve the PPC efforts on daily basis Create and build compelling marketing campaigns to focus on key value props and compelling content to drive engagement and growth Work with the content manager and SEO specialist to develop high quality written, video and audio content to increase credibility of our website and increase organic traffic Handling inbound leads and contacting lead Requesting in-home estimates Via website and other campaigns. Implement digital marketing with ownership over channel spend and strategy Proven leadership with running (leading) a team to build, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns to meet any, and all marketing needs and initiatives (e.g., brand awareness, user generation, app installs, revenue optimization) Strong ability to multitask and stay current with Industry trends and articulate a strong and informed view on digital media channels Leverage relationships with platform partners (Google and Facebook, etc.) to rapidly identify, evaluate and deploy platform- specific best practices and pilot products to the company accounts Use transaction-level data to increase optimization of our digital marketing spend Manage performance metrics, budget tracking, and reporting across all digital marketing channels Work cross-functionally with the marketing and design leadership team to build our brand Strong understanding and experience in graphic design.
