Marketing Administrative Assistant & Graphic Designer

This role is responsible for deploying advertising and marketing creative materials, producing high-quality graphic assets, and assisting with general corporate administrative tasks, events, and projects. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate monthly or quarterly with the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications and external media sales partners to distribute approved radio, TV, out-of-home, and digital advertising buys, creative materials, and instructions. • Monitor social media page activity daily and assist the Digital Marketing team with scheduling approved posts. Required Qualifications: • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design with strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
