Position Overview

We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives across both print and digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our agents, brokers, and development partners to create compelling marketing campaigns, engaging content, and high-quality marketing materials.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys design, marketing strategy, and social media content creation in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on campaigns, content planning, and company events
• Create digital and print marketing materials including brochures, postcards, flyers, and promotional assets
• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and trend monitoring
• Support agents, brokers, builders, and developers with marketing projects and materials
• Provide photo editing and graphic design support using Adobe tools
• Help manage vendor relationships and marketing production timelines
• Contribute ideas for innovative marketing campaigns and brand growth
• Maintain a positive and collaborative marketing team environment

Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in Marketing, Social Media, & Graphic Design (preferred)
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with Canva
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organized with strong time management and project coordination abilities
• Comfortable working with a variety of personalities in a collaborative environment
• Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing trends and innovation
