MARKETING AGENCY SEEKS DIGITAL MANAGER

Social listening, reporting, and analysis of social media activity will be a key responsibility of the selected candidate. Experience with social media measuring and listening tools is required for monthly reporting/metrics analysis for clients’ experiential activity. Additionally, the Digital Manager will run internal social media accounts and develop digital strategies for the internal brand as well as be responsible for creating original text and video content (with support from a creative team for more complicated assets), managing posts, and responding to comments. The selected candidate will manage the internal brand’s image cohesively to achieve our marketing goals. • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics • Collaborate with team members to complete assignments • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications Requirements and skills • Proven work experience as a social media manager • Hands-on experience in content management • Strong understanding of social media strategy and management • Be a creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop original ideas/concepts • Have an in-depth knowledge of multichannel marketing including online marketing channels • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics • Must be analytical and able to multi-task to complete projects simultaneously • Have basic web design and graphic design skills • Excellent communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders • Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills to meet deadlines • Ability to function in a team-oriented environment and communicate professionally • Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail with copywriting skills • Comfortable in a remote work environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in a related field (desired)
