Marketing and Graphic Design Manager

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 STEPS Behavioral Health is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support the organization’s branding, marketing, and communication initiatives. Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, signage, social media graphics, and branded collateralCreate and manage engaging digital content for social media, email campaigns, recruitment initiatives, and websitesPlan and execute marketing campaigns from concept through completionMonitor and manage social media platforms to support engagement, brand awareness, recruitment, and outreach effortsMaintain brand consistency across all internal and external communicationsCollaborate with leadership, marketing, recruiting, and clinical teams on organizational initiatives and campaignsUpdate and maintain website content using WordPress and ElementorPrepare production-ready files for print and digital distributionSupport event branding and promotional material developmentTrack inbound website and digital inquiries, including monitoring conversions and engagement activityMonitor online reviews, respond or escalate as appropriate, and maintain accurate recordsGenerate monthly analytics and performance reports for marketing initiativesStay current on design trends, digital marketing strategies, and behavioral health industry best practicesManage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and organizational priorities QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of professional graphic design and marketing experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating creative work across digital and print platformsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignExperience with Canva, WordPress, and Elementor requiredStrong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytellingKnowledge of social media content creation, digital marketing strategies, and paid advertising platformsExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment STEPS Behavioral Health is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services that empower individuals and families to thrive.
