Marketing and Publications Manager

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Public Affairs and Communications, plan, organize, control and manage the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans, strategies and initiatives to meet established enrollment goals and objectives, coordinate the preparation, development, design and production of advertisements across varying mediums, schedules of classes, and various other major College publications and printed materials; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel. Plan, organize, control and manage the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans, strategies and initiatives to meet enrollment goals and objectives, establish and maintain related timelines and priorities; assure related activities comply with established standards, policies and procedures. Coordinate and manage the preparation, development, design and production of schedules of classes, advertisements and other publications; develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns across varying digital, social media, print and broadcast outlets; work with campus departments and programs in the development of marketing strategies and produce materials to meet specific goals and objectives. Conduct and implement market research and monitor, analyze and modify strategies and plans to enhance the effectiveness of marketing activities; coordinate and direct personnel and activities to assure the marketing activities, publications and communications of District departments, programs and services comply with College-wide goals and objectives. Ability to handle multiple projects at once, with a built-in sense for what should be prioritized.
