Marketing Assistant Medical office is seeking a motivated, dependable, and experienced Marketing Assistant to promote our day to day marketing efforts. • Tracking patient leads and source of leads on Google Analytics, Jivo, website contact forms • Editing and labeling before and after photos and posting on social media platforms such as Pinterest, Instagram, Yelp, GMB, Youtube, Facebook, and the websites • Conduct patient interviews and write story reviews and post on websites, Yelp, Google My Business, etc. • A minimum of 3 year of experience in Marketing is required, preferably in a Medical environment, (we expect there will be learning on the job). • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, good listener, with an ability to conduct or analyze research and synthesize ideas. • Photo & video editing • Basic knowledge of Adobe suite experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) a plus.
