Marketing Assistant – Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant – Graphic Designer to support the Marketing Director during the company’s expansion of services nationwide. Key Responsibilities • Support the Marketing Director in the execution of marketing initiatives • Design marketing materials for digital and print use • Create visual content for social media, advertising, presentations, and internal materials • Develop and adapt concepts into professional designs aligned with brand guidelines • Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva on a regular basis • Edit basic to intermediate video content using CapCut or similar tools • Assist with content creation and organization for ongoing marketing campaigns • Maintain organized files, assets, and project documentation • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all marketing materials • Communicate clearly with internal team members regarding tasks and timelines Required Qualifications • Experience in graphic design and marketing support roles • Proficiency in: • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Canva • Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Clear and professional communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the services industry • Familiarity with marketing workflows and brand management Applicants are encouraged to include a portfolio or samples of relevant work.
