Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available.MWH Constructors, a global leader in heavy civil construction of water and wastewater facilities, is seeking a mid-level Marketing Assistant or Graphic Designer to join our marketing and proposal team in Broomfield, CO.The Marketing Assistant or Graphic Designer will collaborate with proposal managers and senior leadership to create impactful and professional layouts, templates, and graphics for statements of qualification (SOQs), proposals, interview slide decks, and other print/digital marketing materials. as well as the business development department (proposals, interviews, one-pages, etc.). ).Support conference and tradeshow participation and sponsorships, including designing, ordering, and managing content for booths, pop-ups, boards, posters, presentations, collateral materials, promotional giveaways, etc.Support project and company award submittals, including content and graphic development to meet required deadlines.Basic QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, graphic design, or proposal capacity2yr or 4yr degree in marketing, communications, journalism graphic design, or related field or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and trainingProficient with MS Office SuiteMust be a detail-oriented team-player with the ability to multitaskMust be able to produce high-quality deliverables under strict deadlinesSavvy with social media, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.Excellent written and verbal communication, outgoing and articulate in-person and on the phonePreferred QualificationsExperience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industryExperience with the creation of interactive media and graphics for online contentPrior experience with print production (tabs, full-bleed pages, wrapped binders, etc. With the ultimate goal of delivering maximum value to clients and their local communities, MWH Constructors provides single-source, integrated design and construction services through a full range of project delivery methods.
