He/she will be responsible for generating all marketing initiatives of the company, including printed materials, social media, and of the checkout customer purchases quickly and accurately and provide prompt friendly customer service. • Keep the store safe for customers and staff. • Customer Communications - I monitor all customer contact forms, and make sure that they are directed to the proper teams. • Staff communications- work with our personnel team and leadership on signage/email communication to staff. • Ability to adapt to the ever-changing high volume retail while working in a cross-functional team environment.
