Marketing Associate | Graphics Designer

As part of a nation-wide team of brokers with more than 65 office locations in cities across the US and Canada, Lee & Associates' brokers are uniquely qualified to support their clients' real estate needs in Houston, across Texas, throughout the US and internationally. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the brokers to provide marketing support in the development of internal marketing materials and client presentations. • Manage property availabilities/listings (new listings flyers, updates and changes and blasts of approved products) through multiple commercial real estate websites, including CoStar and LoopNet. • Collaborate with the marketing team in the creation of a marketing department workbook of instructions ("A How To") for all software and creative suite products as well as establishing a workflow management for products and suggesting other possible software to improve efficiency for the team.
