Marketing Communications Manager

Works directly with the Vice President of Marketing to develop and implement a complex and all-encompassing Marketing Communication plan for the automotive aftermarket and industrial markets with an emphasis on enriching the customer experience through digital marketing platforms. Initiates, organizes, and coordinates the marketing communication activities to develop and maintain measured value leadership across all customer types. Identifies long term opportunities that capitalize our unique value proposition to effectively differentiate the company from competitors, creating a sustainable advantage that enables the sales force to improve customer acquisition and long-term retention rates. Key Responsibilities: Develops and drives communication strategy to maintain and gain market share in key markets (segments) and fully understand competitive landscape of B2B market Develops internal and external Multi-channel and/or omni-channel marketing plan, utilizing various forms of media with emphasis in digital and social media Develops communication plan for our value proposition(s) for each prioritized market Develops brand awareness and positioning by prioritized market/segment Assists in the development and execution of key sales programs, initiatives and projects that drive profitable growth and align with stakeholder expectations and requirements Develops cross-functional internal working relationships and collaborates with multiple departments for initiatives Assists in the marketing planning process to prioritize markets/segments Collaboration with key vendors to create aligned marketing plans Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred 5+ years Digital Marketing experience required Ability to administer, update, and maintain multiple Websites, Wordpress & Shopify experience preferred Ability to create and operate email campaigns using email automation platform Demonstrated success at build marketing campaigns for product launches that prove ROI Graphic design experience preferred Experience collaborating with external agency to create and improve marketing materials Self-starter with High energy to aid in the creation and development of strategies and tactics Strong written and oral presentation skills Demonstrated success working in a team based collaborative environment Demonstrated skill in development of sales/marketing tools, strategies and tactics Project management skills Ability to influence and lead people and various project teams Ability to build relationships, interact and communicate information with individuals in other functional areas and with key strategic accounts or business partners.
