Marketing Communications Designer

The Marketing Communications Designer is responsible for creating and producing visual assets that support marketing initiatives, internal communications, agent engagement, and client-facing materials. This position requires a creative professional with strong design skills, experience developing digital and print marketing materials, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Minimum of two years of professional experience in graphic design, content creation, marketing communications, or a related creative field.Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, branding, content creation, and digital media expertise.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and InDesign; experience with Illustrator, Acrobat, and Premiere Pro preferred.Minimum one year of experience creating and managing content across social media platforms.Experience working with SharePoint.Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience supporting corporate communications and employee engagement initiatives.Familiarity with website content management systems and digital marketing platforms.Experience coordinating vendors, print production, and promotional materials.
