The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the management and engineering professional in the firm, the Marketing Coordinator participates in all stages of the proposal preparation process, from cold calling asking to be on teams, letter of interest or statement of qualification responses to interviews, in a deadline-driven environment. • Assist in the preparation of proposal submissions, statement of qualifications, letter of interests, presentations, brochures, and other related activities for potential opportunities. • Assist in lead tracking, administrative functions, and communications. • Work with the principals, project managers, and technical staff to develop proposal and marketing materials. • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
