Real Estate Company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 1 to 2 years experience and expertise in: graphic design (Photoshop or equivalent), video production, creative writing and social media (IG, YouTube, etc.). Hours and days are: Monday thru Friday, 9 to 5. The candidate must be extremely organized and self-driven and can handle multiple projects at the same time. He/She must be able to create meaningful marketing and social media campaigns that build brand awareness and generate business for the company, as well as our realtors that we serve. Requirements: • 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience • Project Management experience helpful • Proficiency with Canva or Photoshop, Microsoft products, Google Business, internet message boards • Ability to build relationships • Ability to learn and maintain the latest social media platforms • Must be willing to do other basic clerical and administrative functions such as answering phones, faxing, composing e-mails, etc.
