Marketing Coordinator

The Vina Robles Marketing Department provides promotional support to all company sales channels; DTC (Tasting Room, Wine Club, Online), Wholesale, and Amphitheatre. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure that consumer- and trade-facing communications from all channels are impactful, while adhering to the company’s branding and messaging standards. * Work location: 1200 Priska Drive, Paso Robles, CA * Temporary, full-time position, non-exempt – October 2020 – February 2021 * The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing * Three (3) years marketing experience required, preferably in the wine industry * Experience managing business social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) * Proficiency in MS Office software * Working knowledge of WineDirect software preferred * Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator) preferred * Exemplary oral and written communication skills; copywriting experience a plus * Ability to efficiently work independently; ability to successfully manage multiple projects * Exceptionally organized, detail oriented, strong problem-solving capabilities While adhering to traditional winemaking methods, veteran winemaker Kevin Willenborg implements modern technologies to make his estate wines with minimal intervention.
