Marketing Coordinator

SportsArt is one of the largest single brand manufacturers in the world and is sold in over 80 countries worldwide. We are looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to our team in Mukilteo. As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for collaborating with leadership about inbound marketing campaigns across a number of platforms, attracting site traffic and converting that traffic into business leads. Marketing Coordinators assist with the strategy of the comprehensive marketing plan for SportsArt. **_Essential Functions:_** * Assist in planning trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments, schedules and coordinating mailing lists, establishing contacts, and assisting with physical setting up trade show booths * Support the Executive Vice President in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing planning promotional presentation * Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communication campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia * Attends trade shows, community fairs and staffs the company booth **_Skills and Qualifications:_** * Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred) * Experience using Hubspot * Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments including graphic design, public relations and advertising, as well as vendors, contractors and freelancers.
