Marketing Coordinator

Wine Industry Network is a wine industry marketing & media company specializing in B2B networking, vendor marketing and promotions, and trade event production. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is a goal oriented professional with excellent communication skills, creative problem- solving abilities and who takes initiative to get things done. Successful candidates will have experience in digital marketing, be fluent in all aspects of social media marketing and have solid skills in writing and content editing. Essential Job functions • Participate in development and implementation of new marketing programs & initiatives • Support digital marketing campaigns and assist with development of marketing collateral • Support, schedule and maintain strategic and targeted marketing content calendar • Maintain press contact list and assist with press release content • Assist with tradeshow event coordination and logistics as needed Required Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) • Excellent time, project management and problem-solving skills • Detail oriented with an eye for quality and accuracy • Team player who works well with internal and external teams and partners • Ability to actively listen and accept direction and guidance from supervisors • Ability to navigate sensitive situations with diplomacy and good judgement Minimum Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree AND/OR 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, public relations, hospitality, management, business or communications • Firm grasp of various marketing platforms, channels & trends, content creation, social media coordination (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and You Tube) and best practices • Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Graphic Design knowledge a plus • Experience in trade show, event or hospitality management a plus Compensation & Benefits: • 401K Safe Harbor Program • Individual Health Insurance (Kaiser) • Paid Vacation/ PTO • Paid Holidays
