Marketing Coordinator

Opportunity Overview Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will manage, execute, and analyze a variety of marketing initiatives. The position will work closely with Marketing, Digital Services, Operations and Field Teams. This role is integral in growing our business by implementing various marketing tactics geared at driving sales and building brand awareness for brands that Bluestone Hospitality manages. What You’ll Be Doing • Schedule and manage email and SMS text marketing weekly for the brands Bluestone manages • Maintain marketing calendars, schedules and tracking sheets for all marketing vehicles • Work with Sr. Marketing Manager to communicate and ensure successful roll outs of marketing campaigns, LTOs and menu roll outs • Collaborate with graphic agencies and direct them to create artwork for ads • Assist in managing ad campaigns, including preparing contracts, scheduling ads, communicating campaign schedules to field, coordinating payment with Accounts Payable and tracking results • Order, manage and ship out marketing collateral from the Corporate office to the restaurants • Maintain restaurant website content and work with Digital Services to ensure all marketing campaigns are successfully implemented online • Manage guest feedback online and resolve guest feedback in regards to marketing and online ordering • Monitor and provide reports on guest loyalty programs What We Are Looking For • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of Marketing Experience, preferably in the hospitality industry • 1+ year of Digital Marketing Experience • Strong organizational skills and ability to independently plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a timely manner • Detail-oriented with ability to catch mistakes or errors (disclaimers, menus, etc.) • A talent for working with others and communicating effectively both in writing and verbally • Experience with Email marketing services preferred • Experience with social media tools, platforms, apps, and CMS • Solid understanding of Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Experience in graphic design is a plus
