Marketing Coordinator

Robbins LLP is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator that will be responsible for executing the marketing activities at the firm. Responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to: \\- Conduct market research and propose strategies to identify and secure target client groups \\- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target market through appropriate channels \\- Report marketing effectiveness through data-driven analyses \\- Oversee the creation, consistency, and effectiveness of marketing material, including brochures, ads, and other - promotional material \\- Manage the continuous improvement of the content, design, and optimization of firm’s website and social media platforms \\- Create the firm's monthly Stock Watch Alert \\- Work with marketing vendors, including print agency, promotional items' merchants, website developers, and others \\- Research for and assist in preparing Stock Watch proposals and presentations \\- Prepare for and oversee various logistical functions for events and conferences \\- Oversee client marketing initiatives, including newsletters and mailings \\- Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions \\- Perform other duties as assigned by manager Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities \\- Demonstrated competency of core marketing principals including internal communications, public relations, seminar/event planning, branding, market research, competitive intelligence, and RFP response preparation \\- Possesses strong understanding of how the marketing/communication function supports business development and is able to prioritize opportunities as a result \\- Excellent writing skills and ability to proofread to ensure accuracy in work product \\- Possesses well developed and professional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients and peers and provide guidance and support with courtesy and tact \\- Ability to discuss firm practice areas and Stock Watch with potential clients \\- Detail-oriented \\- Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously \\- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion \\- Team player \\- Highly motivated, creative, and enthusiastic \\- Ability to perceive, analyze, and address problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions \\- Ability to address challenges from a solutions-oriented perspective, be resourceful, and suggest alternate courses of action \\- Demonstrated work history of strong research and analytical abilities \\- Willing and able to "roll up the sleeves" and handle any aspect of the marketing task to accomplish the job at hand \\- Desire to learn and be proactive \\- Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools \\- Experience with graphic design and knowledge of techniques, tools, and principles involved in the development of websites, brochures, and marketing materials \\- Proficient in all MS Office products, Adobe Acrobat, graphic design, and marketing software \\- Ability to travel 10% of the time (when travel resumes post-COVID) Education & Experience \\- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field is required \\- 1-4 years of experience in public relations, advertising, marketing, or related field is strongly preferred \\- Experience in law firms and knowledge of the legal industry is strongly preferred ATTENTION: When prompted for your resume, please upload a cover letter and resume.
