Marketing Coordinator

You are tasked with developing marketing strategies that result in attracting new clients to the business and delighting clients in spa and dental office. You have proven that you can be measurably successful and raise the performance of those around you. Experience overseeing and planning lead generation campaigns is a must – a passion for the beauty/aesthetics industry is a plus. We are looking for a marketing coordinator to bring marketing expertise to help grow and scale the business. Position Responsibilities Strategic Marketing: Create annual marketing calendar Produce an external marketing, lead generation plan to ensure growth targets are met Produce an internal marketing plan to ensure existing clients are retained Work with director to ensure plan meets needs Marketing Financials: Create and manage the marketing budget Negotiate and execute marketing contracts Track marketing expenses, actual vs. budget Track campaign performance and ROI Marketing Communications: Act as the company’s spokesperson Create compelling content Oversee digital marketing campaigns Develop all marketing ads and consumer messages Marketing Team Functions You Will Do and Oversee: Ensure social media channels are engaging current and prospective clients Manage website and continually update content for SEO and increased web traffic Develop and maintain updated consultation materials, collateral, before & after galleries, menus, invitations, posters, etc.
