The HT Group is now hiring an experienced, energetic **Marketing Assistant **for an industry leading manufacturer in the San Marcos area. This role serves to support the Director of Marketing by coordinating with other departments to manage marketing tasks and deliverables. Full time, Monday through Friday $45K-$50K/year DOE * Manages daily operational tasks to ensure marketing initiatives are met * Keep organized records of marketing campaigns, manage campaign ROI and KPI?s * Assist with content creation on multiple platforms including company website and social media * Update marketing calendar for upcoming events and activities * Coordinate with outside teams to develop content, PR, and campaigns-ensure all sales and technical documents are updated according to brand guidelines * Assist with organizing promotional events, sales displays, and signage * Manage project deadlines and sure deliverables are met, update PM software * Create internal reports regarding marketing, sales metrics, and conversion rates * Other duties as assigned
