MARKETING COORDINATOR (A/E/C experience)

The ideal candidate will have professional marketing experience with 3+ years in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a design-related field to be considered. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: • Lead the preparation of submission packages including RFPs, design competitions, and awards • Coordinate presentations and aid interview preparation • Maintain the website and grow the firm’s social media presence • Take lead on PR opportunities, publications, and coordinate photo shoots • Manage the internal marketing systems • Take ownership of the development of marketing collateral and web content • Lead the company’s market research • Coordinating with external collaborators and contacts • Administrative tasks as required QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED: • Experience in the AEC industry a must to be considered, a degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Liberal arts, or a design-related field preferred • Ability to work with a variety of personalities is helpful • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities • Strong copywriting skills • Must have a positive and collaborative attitude • Self-starter and capable of multi-tasking • Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe CC: InDesign • Photoshop and Illustrator skills preferred • Web and social media know-how • An eye for simple, clean, clear graphic design and some graphic design skills preferred Our ideal candidate is passionate about the architectural industry and has prior proven Marketing and Communications experience within the AEC field.
