Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer Job at CUBE 3 in Oklahoma City

Support Business Development Team Design and manage the creation of RFPs, qualifications packages, contracts, and other requirements Collaborate with team members to produce illustrations, infographics, complex documents, and interactive presentations Brand Champion Maintain CUBE 3 brand standards Manage projects from concept to production, including marketing collateral, brochures, and signage Support design and coordination of assets, collateral, and stationary Content Collateral Assist with publicity efforts including awards, publications, and newsletters Organize professional project photos and staff headshots Create graphics and videos for social media Design advertisements and coordinate publication schedules Produce event marketing materials and maintain the website Internal Communications Manage the firm's intranet and assist with internal events and projects Requirements Experience and Education 4-5 years related experience in marketing and graphic design Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or related field Strong portfolio; concept drawings a plus Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is a plus Skills & Qualifications Creative, strategic, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop Effective time management and problem-solving skills Enthusiastic attitude and strong people skills Technical Skills Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, WordPress, OpenAsset (preferred) Additional Qualifications A valid driver’s license is required. Office presence in North Andover, MA, is expected Monday-Thursday, with remote Fridays.
