This combined role handles both the day-to-day scheduling and publishing of marketing content and the creation of all graphic design assets. Manage and maintain the social media content calendar; schedule and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Schedule and deploy all Constant Contact email campaigns as directed by the Marketing Manager Monitor weekly enrollment statistics across all programs; flag underperforming classes and report findings to the Marketing Manager Track paid Meta ad performance metrics daily; compile data for weekly and monthly reports Coordinate printing, ordering, and delivery of all printed marketing materials Maintain organized filing systems for all marketing assets, creative files, and campaign records Respond to and route incoming partnership and advertising inquiries Support event marketing execution for showcases, meets, camps, and birthday parties Assist with onsite signage updates and facility marketing as needed Assist with the administration and updating of the website 2+ years of combined marketing coordination and graphic design experience Proficiency in graphic design tools — preferably Canva Experience designing for both print production and digital/social formats Comfortable working with social scheduling tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar Experience with Constant Contact or a comparable email marketing platform Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple recurring deadlines simultaneously Understanding of brand consistency and ability to work within established brand guidelines Enthusiastic about Salem Gymnastics & Swim and our mission
