The Marketing Coordinator will work with the management team and outside consultants to develop strategies to improve awareness, engage our local community, increase the customer base and retain existing customers. The company is in a critical point in its business development where it is important to let the community know we are here, engage meaningfully with business and community partners and ensure we effectively communicating our brand values. A positive and entrepreneurial mind set is a must. · Oversee social media platforms to ensure compliant and consistent engagement · Identify community engagement opportunities and represent dispensary at events as needed · Collaborate with graphic design partners to oversee and manage all design collateral · Support the planning and implementation of patient appreciation days in collaboration with brand partners · Support day to day efforts to increase visibility in all ways possible Basic Qualifications · Minimum of 21 years of age · At least 3 years of experience in marketing and advertising · At least one year marketing experience in cannabis with knowledge of cannabis advertising and compliance · A commitment to the mission and values of the company · Ability to multi-task and maintain calm in stressful situations · Exceptional communication skills This is a part time role 20-25 hours per week to start and will transition into full time.
