Combining your marketing eye with hands-on graphic design skills, you will ensure our content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with company brand standards while producing custom visual materials to support team communications.Key ResponsibilitiesIntranet Content Management & Platform MigrationContent Migration & Clean-up: Audit, clean up, and migrate marketing collateral, internal communications, and organizational resources from SharePoint into the LumApps intranet platform.Page Building & Layout: Build, format, and structure engaging intranet pages within LumApps to maximize usability and content discoverability.Publishing & Maintenance: Upload, schedule, and maintain digital assets across the platform, ensuring information remains current, accurate, and organized.Brand Standards & Content Quality AssuranceBrand Compliance: Review and maintain content to ensure strict adherence to established brand guidelines, templates, and corporate visual identity.Content Auditing: Routinely audit intranet content for consistency, tone, usability, and visual quality.Graphic Design & Marketing CollateralVisual Asset Creation: Design custom supporting graphics, hero banners, page graphics, icons, and visual elements using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.Communication Materials: Create internal promotional materials, announcement graphics, digital banners, and digital flyers to support marketing and internal communications campaigns.
