The Ruiz Group is looking for a Marketing rock star to support and grow the largest real estate team in Monterey County. We are cutting-edge, fast-paced and always exploring ways to be bigger and better! The Role: · Create marketing materials for new home listings · Grow and manage social media presence · Manage SEO & targeted ads on Social media · Develop creative physical and digital collateral for brand development · Manage website content · Email marketing clients and prospects · Present our listings in the best possible way with the widest reach · Design swag for our agents and clients · Support with office tasks Qualifications: · Excellent communication skills via email, phone, and in-person with coworkers and clients alike · Social media experience · Experience writing short-form content (blogs, property descriptions, etc) · Experience with email marketing platforms · Experience with CRM software · Light graphic design experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar · Knowledge of WordPress, DropBox and Adobe · Experience with real estate industry a bonus This is a full time, in-office position Monday – Friday and not available for telecommuting.
